At Shree Handicrafts, our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Read this exchange policy carefully to understand how you can exchange a product.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Only applicable within 7 days after receiving the item.
Product should be in its original condition. Unused and with all tags attached as well as intact packaging.
Any item that has been damaged, altered or shows signs of use cannot be exchanged.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for an exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request for an Exchange:

Tell us your order number, reason for requesting an exchange and details of what you would like to change it with.

Our team will assist you through this process and provide instructions on how the item can be returned back to us

Things You Should Know:

Refunds are not offered; only exchanges allowed
Customer pays shipping fee associated with returning the product for exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we shall process your request by replacing it with another one which will then be sent back to you in no time at all
Shree Handicrafts reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these conditions mentioned above.
